Lan y Môr brings together the man behind Michelin-starred Beach House in the Gower, with former Head Chef at award-winning Grove of Narberth. Hywel Griffith, Chef Director of Michelin-starred Beach House, in Oxwich will now also lead Lan y Môr, which will be under the stewardship of new Head Chef, Gerwyn Jones. Hywel and Gerwyn have crafted a really inclusive menu, full of Welsh flavour and local ingredients, ready for you to enjoy with your loved ones, old and young.

The restaurant manager, Nikos, is now looking for a passionate and talented Bartender/Mixologist to join the team.

What we offer:

• Package of over £35,000 including Gratuities and Pension.

A successful candidate will ideally have:

• A clear passion to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Excellent knowledge of wine, sprits, and cocktails.
• A flair for creating and crafting new cocktails inspired by the local area.
• Be well organised with good attention to detail.
• Smart presentation and a friendly yet professional personality.
• A resilient nature and ability to work under pressure.
• A strong team work ethic.

The Head Chef, Gerwyn, is now looking for a passionate and talented Sous Chef to join the team.

A successful candidate will ideally have:

• Excellent Junior Sous Chef/Sous chef experience within a similar dining environment.
• Clear passion for the industry and food.
• Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail.
• Real ambition to succeed at the highest level.
• Calm and resilient nature able to manage the pressure of a busy kitchen.
• Dedicated and excellent team player.
