Our 5 AA Red Star award-winning hotel has established itself as one of the leading luxury hotels and restaurants in Wales set in the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside overlooking the Preseli Hills. The Fernery restaurant holds 4 AA Rosettes and is under the leadership of the hugely talented Executive Chef Douglas Balish; likewise, the team also oversee the casual dining option ‘Artisan Rooms’, offering a more relaxed dining option to guests while still showing care and attention as to where ingredients are sourced.
The Restaurant Manager is now looking for a passionate and dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join the team on a part-time basis.
What we offer:
- An excellent hourly rate of up to £12.77 per hour and a share of tronc.
- Gratuities are shared through the Tronc system. Currently, employees enjoy 3k per annum.
