Role Summary
As our Maintenance Technician you will play a key role in ensuring Penmaenuchaf remains safe, welcoming and beautifully maintained both inside and out. Your responsibilities will include:
Property Maintenance
- Carrying out general building and property maintenance work including minor repairs, painting, carpentry and preventative upkeep
- Supporting the venue team with ad hoc maintenance tasks as required
Operational Responsibilities – Safely operating and maintaining equipment, tools and machinery – Following maintenance schedules and reporting completed work – Helping maintain a tidy and safe environment for both guests and staff
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Experience in grounds maintenance and general property maintenance
- Competence with machinery and hand or power tools
- Good problem solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and flexible approach
- Relevant qualifications, for example NPTC or trade certificates
- Previous experience within hospitality and grounds maintenance
