Penmaenuchaf is a small luxury hotel and regarded as one of the finest privately-owned country house hotels in North Wales. Overlooking the Mawddach Estuary, at the foot of Cadair Idris in Snowdonia National Park, the 14-bedroom hotel is also home to an excellent restaurant that is also renowned for a wonderful wine list. The hotel was awarded a prestigious Michelin Key in 2024.
We are now seeking a passionate and dedicated Sous Chef to join our team in March 2026.

A successful candidate will ideally have:
- Sound experience in a quality kitchen environment.
- Clear passion for the industry and food.
