Lan y Môr brings together the man behind Michelin-starred Beach House in the Gower, with former Head Chef at award-winning Grove of Narberth. Hywel Griffith, Chef Director of Michelin-starred Beach House, in Oxwich also leads Lan y Môr, which is under the stewardship of Head Chef, Gerwyn Jones. Hywel and Gerwyn have crafted a really inclusive menu, full of Welsh flavour and local ingredients, ready for guests to enjoy with loved ones, old and young.

Our team are now looking for a dedicated and ambitious Chef de Partie to join the team this season.

What we offer:

• Package of over £42,000 including Gratuities and Pension.

A successful candidate will ideally have:

• Excellent experience within a similar dining environment using fresh food.
• Clear passion for the industry and food.
• Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail.

• Calm and resilient nature able to manage the pressure of a busy kitchen.
• Dedicated and excellent team player.

Our Restaurant Manager is now looking for a dedicated and ambitious waiters and waitresses to join the team on a part time basis.
