Lan y Môr brings together the man behind Michelin-starred Beach House in the Gower, with former Head Chef at award-winning Grove of Narberth. Hywel Griffith, Chef Director of Michelin-starred Beach House, in Oxwich will now also lead Lan y Môr, which will be under the stewardship of new Head Chef, Gerwyn Jones. Hywel and Gerwyn have crafted a really inclusive menu, full of Welsh flavour and local ingredients, ready for you to enjoy with your loved ones, old and young.

The Restaurant Manager, Nikos, is now looking for a passionate and talented Receptionist/Host to join the team this summer season.

What we offer:

• Excellent hourly rate up to £11.75 per hour.
• A share of excellent gratuities that are evenly shared through a Tronc system.
• A guarantee of 40 hours per week in July, August, and September.
