Our 5 AA Red Star Hotel has established itself as one of the leading luxury hotels in the UK, set in the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside overlooking the Preseli Hills.

Our fine dining Fernery restaurant, under the leadership of Executive Chef Douglas Balish was awarded 4 AA Rosettes in 2022.

Restaurant Manager – Full Time caret-down

RESTAURANTS AND BAR MANAGER

We want our guests to have a truly memorable experience surrounded by exceptional service and honest hospitality.

Our 5 Red Star award-winning Hotel has established itself as one of the leading luxury hotels and restaurants in Wales, set in the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside overlooking the Preseli Hills. The Hotel won Hotel of the Year at the Cateys in 2022. The Fernery restaurant has 4 AA Rosettes and is under the leadership of the hugely talented Executive Chef Douglas Balish.

The Hotel Manager, Karen, is now looking for a passionate, dedicated and hands-on Restaurants and Bar Manager to lead the highly talented and award-winning restaurants team in an operational capacity.

What we offer:

  • Hotel restaurant management experience in a multiple outlet environment.

The Restaurant Manager is now looking for a passionate and dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join the team on a part-time basis.

  • An excellent hourly rate of up to £11.00 per hour and a share of tronc.
  • Gratuities are evenly shared through the Tronc system. Currently, employees enjoy 2k per annum.

Gardener – Full Time caret-down

The Grove of Narberth is an AA 5 Red Star County House Hotel set in the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside overlooking the Preseli Hills.  The venue has established itself as one of the leading luxury hotels and restaurants in Wales having won numerous industry awards and accolades.

The extensive 26 acre grounds and gardens include a walled kitchen garden, extensive flower borders, manicured lawns, wild flower meadows, mature trees, a meandering stream and large pond.

We are now looking for a junior gardener to help maintain the gardens on a minimum of 24 hours per week contract all year round, with up to full time hours available in the summer months.

What we offer:

  • Hourly rate of £11.50.
  • Gratuities are shared through a Tronc system and currently amounts to 2k per annum for this position if working full time hours.
  • Employee long service holiday benefit.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Practical experience in horticulture.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Clear passion for Gardens and natural environment

Maintenance Assistant – Part Time caret-down

We want to find a practical and methodical-minded individual who prides themselves on their quality of work and attention to detail.

Our 5 AA Red Star award-winning hotel has established itself as one of the leading luxury hotels and restaurants in Wales. It is set in the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside overlooking the Preseli Hills.

Our Maintenance Manager, Neil, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join the team.

We are able to guarantee a minimum hour contract of 24 hours per week, with hours available in the summer up to 40 hours per week.

What we offer:

  • An hourly rate of £12.30 plus a share of gratuities.
  • Individual Training and development plan for all staff.

A successful candidate will ideally have: 

  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Confident in in all basic maintenance skills to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
  • Experience of working in a maintenance environment; with a working knowledge of other trades such as carpentry, joinery, plumbing or electrics.
  • Experience in painting and decorating.
  • Preferably hold a qualification in a relevant trade.
  • A calm nature with ability to work under pressure.

  • Available to work weekdays and weekends.
