Penmaenuchaf is a small luxury hotel, and is part of ‘Seren’, a unique collection of high-quality hospitality venues in Wales. The hotel is highly regarded as one of the finest privately-owned country house hotels in North Wales. Overlooking the Mawddach Estuary, at the foot of Cadair Idris in Snowdonia National Park, the 14-bedroom hotel is also home to an excellent restaurant that is also renowned for a wonderful wine list.
Seren currently includes the 5 Red star and 4 AA rosette Grove of Narberth hotel, Michelin starred Beach House Restaurant in Oxwich and Lan y Môr Restaurant in Saundersfoot.
We are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join the Penmaenuchaf team.

A successful candidate will ideally have the following:
- Sound experience in a quality kitchen environment.
