Our Michelin-Key, 5 AA Red Star Hotel has established itself as one of the leading luxury hotels in the UK, set in the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside overlooking the Preseli Hills.

Our fine dining Fernery restaurant, under the leadership of Executive Chef Douglas Balish was awarded 4 AA Rosettes in 2022.

Restaurant Supervisor – Part Time caret-down

We want to find enthusiastic individuals with a genuine passion to deliver great customer care and service.

Our 5 Star award winning Hotel has established itself as one of the leading luxury hotels and restaurants in Wales set in the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside overlooking the Preseli Hills. The Fernery restaurant has held 4 AA Rosettes and is under the leadership of the hugely talented Executive Chef Douglas Balish.

The Restaurant Manager is now looking for a passionate and dedicated restaurant supervisor to join the team on a part time basis.

What we offer:

  • An excellent hourly rate of up to £12.75 per hour and a share of tronc.
  • Gratuities shared through Tronc system, currently employees enjoy 2k per annum.
  • Company pension provided NEST.

Junior Sommelier & Chef de Rang – Full Time caret-down

Our 5 AA Red Star award winning Hotel has established itself as one of the leading luxury hotels and restaurants in Wales set in the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside overlooking the Preseli Hills. The fernery restaurant holds 4 AA Rosettes and is under the leadership of the hugely talented Executive Chef Douglas Balish, likewise the team also over see the casual dining option ‘Artisan Rooms’ offering a more relaxed dining option to guests while still showing care and attention as to where ingredients are sourced.

The Head Sommelier, Cathryn and F&B Manager Andreas, are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Sommelier & Chef de Rang to join the team.

What we offer:

  • Package up to £30,000 including Gratuities and Pension.
  • Gratuities are shared through a Tronc system and currently amounts to £3.5k per annum.
  • Full-time 5-day working week.
  • Extra days worked paid.

The Restaurant Manager is now looking for a passionate and dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join the team on a part-time basis.
