Our Seren Trainee Management Programme is designed to develop the knowledge and skills required across our business and the broader industry. As part of the programme, candidates work in each hotel department over the course of 24 months, getting real experience in how luxury hospitality in Wales operates.
We want the trainees to succeed, and we offer continuous support through a dedicated mentor and the departmental managers themselves. We expect trainees to demonstrate initiative by driving the learning process, asking questions and being inquisitive to know more.
Successful trainees will be offered a role at Seren on completion of the programme – but our commitment to them doesn’t stop there. Over the following two years, we will also arrange for two placements a year in other hotels/organisations to help them further develop their management skills and knowledge of how other businesses operate.
