What a wonderful evening celebrating the very best of Pembrokeshire’s tourism and hospitality industry at the 2026 Visit Pembrokeshire Croeso Awards!
It was a real pleasure to come together with friends, colleagues and businesses from across the county at Pembrokeshire College, celebrating the people and places that make Pembrokeshire such a special place to live, work and visit. There’s so much talent, passion and dedication across our local industry, and evenings like these are a lovely reminder of just how much we have to be proud of.
It was also a particularly special evening for Seren Collection, with Lan y Môr named Best Place to Eat and our very own Ffion Howells receiving the Rising Star Award.
We’re incredibly proud of Ffion, who recently moved from Grove of Narberth to join the kitchen team at Lân y Môr. Her award marks the third consecutive Croeso Awards at which a member of the Seren team has received the Rising Star recognition, following Charly Dix from Lân y Môr at the previous awards and Tilly Morris from Grove before that.
To see three of our colleagues recognised in this way is a wonderful reflection of the talent coming through our teams and the importance we place on training, development and creating opportunities for people to grow their careers within Seren.
We were also delighted to see Grove of Narberth shortlisted for Hotel of the Year, recognising the wonderful work of our team and the care they bring to every guest experience.
A huge congratulations to all the winners and finalists and thank you to Visit Pembrokeshire and everyone involved in bringing our industry together for such a brilliant celebration.
And, of course, an enormous thank you to our own teams. These achievements belong to the people who put so much care, creativity and hard work into what they do every day. We couldn’t be prouder.
