We’re thrilled to share that Jack Williams, Waiter at Penmaenuchaf, has placed third at the Young Chef Young Waiter World Championship Finals in Singapore.
Having earned the honour of representing Team Wales, Jack competed alongside James (Dead Canary, Cardiff) and Alex (The Whitebrook, Monmouthshire), bringing Welsh hospitality to the world stage with skill, composure and pride.
Their result is an outstanding achievement, reflecting not only their individual talent and dedication, but also Wales’ continued strength in the competition, with the nation placing in the top three for three consecutive years.
For us, it is a moment of immense pride to see Jack recognised on such a global platform, representing both our restaurant and Welsh hospitality at its very best.
