We’re thrilled to announce that Steve, our Sous Chef at Coast restaurant in Saundersfoot, has been named a Roux Scholarship regional finalist for the second year running!
Chosen from a pool of talented applicants, all the finalists submitted anonymous recipes to the judges. It was wonderful to see him showcase his skills at the competition and be recognised once again.
