When it comes to food and drink, Wales is world-class, according to author and broadcaster Lowri Haf Cooke and she has taken a gourmet road trip around Wales to discover and share her findings.
During her trip last Winter, we were thrilled for her to visit our restaurant on the Gower, Beach House for one of Chef Director, Hywel’s tasting menus.
